Not impressed
Crapped out a year of being used. Was used a bit before as it was bought 3 years ago, but was used in the basement so rarly was used maybe a few days a month. I'm not impressed as we are using it as our main tv and the whole screen shut off. Got sound but no picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV always has great picture and sound. The only thing I notice it is very slow to change to different channels. Also when you turn on you DVD player, it does not immediately recognize it, you have to get out of TV channel and go to Blu Ray

couldn't expect much from a free TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this TV for buying a car. Not a bad TV, but it only had 1 HDMI input. Between cable and a PS4 this HDMI input was shot after only 18 months. We had to go out and get a new TV with more than 1 HDMI.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

Great price & service I would like to thank you for excellent service & will be recommending you to others. I bought washing machine for my daughters & price including warranty was cheaper than other suppliers for washer only. An added bonus was free delivery, free connection & old washer removed making value even better. Purchase online very simple. Just wanted to let you know the washing machine arrived safe and sound, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service and delivery, the delivery drivers were so courteous, pleasant, helpful with lovely manners, (which you don't often come by these days). The washing machine was installed and tested, in a matter of minutes, the young man obviously knew what he was doing! I asked a couple of questions, which were answered respectfully and confidently, considering it was late on a Friday afternoon and a very hot day. These young men are a credit to you company.
