Really easy to use with streaming services!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like our new LG TV, mainly because it is so intuitive to use. We really like the smart controller. It was easy to get used to and now we can point and shoot quite expertly with it. We like the fact we can go straight to two of our streaming services - netflix and prime - with just one button... whilst still gaining access to our others via the menu. Having a connected-to-the-net TV is SO handy now. Lastly, brightness, sound and screen size all suit our purposes. We can't fault our new TV - we LOVE it!

Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic television and HDD/DVD player recently and wanted to thank your team for excellent service. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver. Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
