    4 months and the touch screen has stopped working. To make matters worse, I am expected to drive 1 hour one way to drop it off, then collect it, thats 4 hours of driving to get the repair done

    Great but failed after 4 years
    Bought four years ago has now failed to heat. Probably cost of repair and a period without it is not worth it. Bought the same model again yesterday's from same retail outlet as it seems to be the only one retailer had that suits our requirements and old one was very good whilst it lasted.

    Don’t buy this rust bucket
    I brought this around 3 years ago and omg first time in my life I have witness a rust, peeling horrible microwave will never ever buy a lg mircowave or fridge again my fridge died on me 4 years later it was lg never again LG step up your game or don’t make something that gives customers problems I feel robbed by LG and I will never buy there products again
