I buy all my whitegoods and tvs from you now, and if you sold ipads and mobile phones I would buy them from you too :) Best prices in town, you can search the net all day and your prices are still the best. Customer phone service and your delivery service are both top notch, and all your staff, both on the phone, and the delivery guys are all very friendly and efficient. Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic television and HDD/DVD player recently and wanted to thank your team for excellent service. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver.
