A male engineer must have developed this machine which on a good cycle can take at least an hour to wash clothes and then not great at doing that. Most cycles are an hour long to more than 3! No woman in their right mind would use this impractical machine. Finally on finding how to download a cycle that takes 30 mins I can use it but doing even one bed sheet it comes out part dry so its not cleaning very well at all!

Since around a year from purchase, the machine start to become noisy during the final spin stage. Then last year (4th yr from purchase), the machine would not finish the final spin cycle (always stuck with 17 minutes washing time remaining) and would eventually error out with UE (uneven). I had try separate the load into two loads and continue the final spin cycle. I had the Goodguys 5 yr gold service package. I call them and they organise a repair visit. The repair opened the front cover at the front below the front loader door and checked the suspension mechanism and tested a couple of final cycle spin. I asked if its normal for the drum to be throwing around and at time hitting the machine walls. He said it’s normal and left it as that. After a month, it happened again but it continued to finish the cycle after i toss the cloths around. Now the machine is over the 5yr gold service package warranty, and it will fails to finish the final spin cycle even if i split the load into 2 or 3. It just keeps of getting UE error. Now my close won’t spin dry even if i select the 800 or 1000 rpm options. Very disappointed.

Bearings gone after 4 years Never overloaded, never washing blankets or doonas, always within it's claimed 11kg rating. The free washing basket has outlived this machine.
