Dear AndrewHaving had some issues with an LG Washer/Dryer we purchased under a year ago, I am writing to say I am reallyimpressed with your customer service.You were polite, understanding, informative, knowledgeable and quick to organise a replacement for a better quality product. You spoke with LG on our behalf and came up with a great solution. I'm was very impressed with the communication and efficiency when I recieved my new washing machine today. delivered installed and the old one taken away. It is done with the
minimum of fuss and in 3 days. I passed this onto one of my landlords
