What's not to love?
I think it's safe to say that I will no longer be looking in the High Street for any other electrical appliances after such a great experience with Appliances Online. Polite & obliging
With regard to feedback about the 8kg top load Fisher & Paykel washing machine I purchased WA80T65FWI from Appliances Online I was very satisfied with the service I received,delivery was when they said it would be & the 2 young men who delivered & installed it were polite & obliging taking the old machine away as arranged. From the moment we placed our order for a GE fridge your company’s performance was highly efficient in that the sales support team was informative and friendly. However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. The commitment to us as your customers was outstanding despite the fact that the problems we experienced were not the fault of your company. Then to receive a personal visit from you, a senior executive, to check out the problem was special. Your and Sally’s actions have left us feeling incredibly valued as customers, so much so that we cannot ever see ourselves shopping for appliances elsewhere.
