How extremely impressed I am with your staff
I am writing to you to say how extremely impressed I am with your staff, David Hodgson. I was in a desperate situation as my fridge decided to die on me this morning. I called David to go through some questions around various brands/models I was considering. He demonstrated he knew his products, he was friendly, professional, willing to help and made the entire purchasing process absolutely seamless. He was also able to see if there was any possibility that the fridge could be delivered today and lucky me, the fridge was delivered by 1.30pm. The two men who delivered the fridge were also fantastic. This is the first time I am using your business to purchase but I can guarantee, you will have repeat business from my immediate family and I will be telling all my friends to go to appliances on line for their needs.
