If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. When I asked the delivery personnel about this they explained it was they are so busy that it is difficult to gThe entire process was painless I bought a dryer for my elderly mother who lives in another state to me.The dryer was delivered on the day requested, installed and the old dryer taken away. Mum said the driver showed her how to operate and empty the lint filter.
