Good looking, but fragile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 2 years ago, good design, good performance, but motor burnt out 3 months ago, guess the company should increase the reliability bit more

Excellent cooking helper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just get it around a month. Everyday I must use it. I make some fish cake, beef ball, Chinese dim sum, dumpling, etc… I loved it so much. Regret why it was so late to have it. I have introduced it to my friends, Hell Chef also fell in love with it, and turned him back to become an angel chef.

Your website is clear, your service exceptional
Hi there, I just wanted to give you some feedback on a recent purchase. I'm been very impressed, every step of the way. Your website is clear, your service exceptional. I'm particularly impressed with the way you took my call on a Sunday when I was having problems with the on-line payment system and you took my credit card info over the phone. Your delivery guy called when you said he would and he delivered when he promised to. I'd be happy to recommend you to my friends - congratulations on running the organisation so well! Kind regards, Claire (39, working part-time, mother of 2 kids & not usually someone who'd bother to write an email like this - means I was REALLY happy with your service!) Claire, Eltham, VIC
Delivery people are excellent
Please let your management team know that my appliance arrived yesterday and that the delivery people made such an excellent effort to contact me and inform me of delivery times. I think this is a great service and that the delivery people are excellent. Marilyn, Mackenzie, QLD
Prompt delivery, great prices and constant communication
Hey, Your service regarding my order has been completely top notch. Having had a dent in our original fridge, your staff promptly rectified the problem without question or making me jump through hoops. That to me is just great and not service I would have received from the established bricks and mortar stores. I know I will certainly be recommending your organisation to others. The prompt delivery, great prices and constant communication were all greatly appreciated. You have made moving into our first house so much easier. Many thanks. Richard, Croydon, VIC
