    Customer Service.
    My mixer wouldn’t work the second time I used it, lots of sparks could be seen at the soles lever and then it stopped altogether. When I tried it a few more times it started up but with more sparking. I rang the customer service line and they set me up with a local repairer. There was a production fault with my machine that was fixed immediately and it is working perfectly now.
