[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality appliance that looks slick too. I like the combination of white, black and silver in its appearance. All features are useful, efficient and quiet. A long term investment in an essential item for all kitchens.

Worked for almost exactly 1 and a half years then completely stops toasting anything you put in it. My sister and I bought ours at the same time and almost to the day they both stopped working in each of our households. Very disappointing.

This toaster was great for the first 6 months, but afterwards, found that It would then burn the toast irrespective of what setting the dial was at - so turn the dial to 1 and get a burnt toast like it was turned to 10
