I love my kitchen aid electric kettle very much. I loved this toaster the moment I lay my eyes on it. It started to disappoint me and my husband after 2 weeks we bought it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality appliance that looks slick too. I like the combination of white, black and silver in its appearance. All features are useful, efficient and quiet. A long term investment in an essential item for all kitchens.

Worked for almost exactly 1 and a half years then completely stops toasting anything you put in it. My sister and I bought ours at the same time and almost to the day they both stopped working in each of our households. Very disappointing.
