I would like to congratulate you on your wonderful service. I ordered an INSINKERATOR yesterday and the delivery today was impeccable. I do not normally write emails of this nature, however, Michael and Layne (delivery guys for you) were brilliant. I was regularly contacted (telephoned 2 times) and delivery was undertaken smoothly. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
