[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 5KSM170 after much research and personal recommendations and we couldn't be happier. It works flawlessly and the attachments are easy to use and strong. Next step is to make pasta with the relevant attachment, but we don't expect any problems!

I have the glass bowl on my product. Very heavy, would have preferred it to be lighter. Beater doesn't have scapers on sides so it automatically scapes down bowl. Find I have to constantly stop it to scrape down. Larger capacity to make more of something, which is good. Don't have to make so many batches.

We got this and unpacked with excitement. Our little boy couldn’t wait to whip up some cupcakes. Then the disappointment hit when we plugged it in and it just started. We couldn’t turn it off! There was no way we could use it with our little boy. We have had to return it for a replacement.
