[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful piece of technology. I love that I did not need another appliance but rather, making new use of one already owned. I previously used an older style pasta making machine; bolting onto table etc... so much more laborious. Using the KitchenAid was so much easier and far more professional results. Very pleased indeed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This attachment is so easy to use and really makes lasagna and tagliatelle easy to make. By using the Kitchen Aid mixer it allows you to use two hands instead of winding a manual pasta maker. You make the pasta in the Mixer wait 20 minutes while it is in the fridge then use the pasta attachements for your past of choice. My granddaughter used it on the school holidays without any help from myself. The fresh lasagna has added another dimension to my Mushroom Lasagna.
