My husband brought this for making his pizza dough and loves it. Says its easier and faster. He says it makes cutting and dicing up veggies easier. He has gotten into making chutneys, relishes and even made Hummus dip. So I can honestly say it was a good buy. Packs up nice and neatly.

This product shouldn't have been approved by the industry standards. The parts break all the time, even when using according to instructions. You cannot knead the dough as the machine is walking off the surface of the kitchen counter and I found plasticky looking bits in the dough after. I tried kneading three times and every time I had the weird black bits in it. DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF MONEY.

Bought this product 14 months ago and have been basically happy with it until the rubber seal for the glass blender broke. Just informed that De Longhi NZ does not stock the part rendering the blender useless. This raises significant questions about the service back up for Kenwood Products and any real commitment to environmental sustainability. So be wary.
