We looked at various kettles before deciding on this one. Clean lines and simple to use. Have had a bit of scaling from the water and as you can see in the kettle it may ut you off a bit, but a quick flush and it was as good as new.

Leaky Kettle
I bought this kettle over a month ago. I have been very frustrated with this kettle. it seems to leak water from the base while the kettle is boiling. I cant work out why it does this as there are no visible holes as it would leak as soon as I put water in it. It is only once it boils that the water is sitting around the base of the kettle and on the counter. I do not recommend this kettle.

Reinforced my confidence in shopping online
I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.
