    Hi there! Thank you for your query. With regards to why this specific product is not suitable QLD customers is that it does not have a feature which would benefit customers living in QLD. This feature is called - 'PeakSmart Technology'. Energy-saving PeakSmart technology caps energy consumption when the electricity network reaches peak demand but these smart meter networks are currently only in QLD, so this feature would benefit those living there. If you are living in QLD there is the exact same alternative for this product, that includes this feature.
