My wife and I ordered a cooktop from Appliances Online and while nervous about our first online purchase with them, it arrived within 24 hours, and unlike other services out there, at the time they specified! Brilliant. We then were told that the cooktop was against Victoria regulations (due to the design of the kitchen, NOT Appliances Online). We called in and explained our problem and Andrew was kind, cooperative and quite honestly bloody efficient. All sorted and happy. Appliances Online took what could have been a painful time and turned it into a fantastically easy experience. Thank you to Andrew, the delivery team and all at Appliances Online. Just a short note to say how refreshing it is to have some great customer service.I was very hesitant about ordering online for such a large item, however I was pleasantly surprised on your professionalism and level of customer service. I ordered on Friday afternoon and the item was delivered as promised Monday morning. The delivery guys were very friendly and you could tell they were happy with their job, not only did they install, took away my old washer, removed all the packaging material all in a very efficient manner.
