    The 6kw model comes with a "full window installation kit" yet my 3.9kw model came with absolutely zip, nada, creating all sorts of problems. Will the kit fit my unit and is there one available. Nico333 · 2020-01-01
    Good morning, Thank you for this question With window wall type units we do not say that there is a full installation kit the only accessory that is included will be the remote control. There has not been an installation kit supplied for many years and i am going back over 20 years there are no brackets supplied with box air conditioners today this will apply to any brand you just have the box unit itself a user instructions manual and remote control if applicable.     Hi there, the ad say "window box" air conditioner but I read the installing guide and there are no instructions to install in a window. Can this be installed in a window and is there any other equipment you'd recommend in addition (brackets etc). Cheers SamB · 2019-12-09
    Good morning, Thank you for this question brackets are not included with any brand you will require these maybe a window lock depending on the style of the window also you will need to be able to fill in space to keep the hot air out and cool air inside. For example, if you have a sliding window you would place the air conditioner to one side, mount the brackets to support the air conditioner, slide the window so it is tight against the air conditioner body you may need to seal this area between the air conditioner cabinet and the window then install a window lock to prevent the window being opened then arrange to have a glass panel cut and installed to fill in the open space above the air conditioner.
