    This air conditioner includes an Auto setting that's smart enough to choose rightist own fan speed to bring your room to the temperature you've selected as efficiently as possible.

    Year-round temperature control

    Separate modes are available for cooling heating and drying your room to help your room stay comfortable no matter the season. There's also a simple fan mode for when you just want to enjoy a gentle breeze.

    Convenient comfort to suit your schedule

    A 24 hour timer is available allowing you to set your air conditioner to start and stop whenever you need it most. So rather than leaving the appliance running all day you can set it to start cooling an hour before you get home from work letting you walk straight into a refreshing room.

    Efficient enjoyment

    An Energy Saver setting can be used to minimise the air conditioner's energy consumption helping to reduce your home's environmental footprint. A special Sleep mode is also available which optimises the air conditioner's operation to help you enjoy a good night's sleep.

    Keeps going into defrost mode
    Keeps going into defrost mode. Have had service call twice, first was told needs calibration, but then was told nothing was wrong. Didn't turn up for second service. BAD customer service. Yet other aircon (same brand) purchased at same time works perfectly

    I previously had a Fujitsu window unit which lasted me for 20 years before replacement was required recently. However ,the air conditioning technology has improved significantly and the added bonus of a remote control is a really useful convenience supplied with the Kelvinator wall unit. I am very pleased with this Kelvinator 2,7 window box reverse cycle Air Conditioner.My installer had no problems whatsoever with the installation because the window measurements were similar to the previous wall unit and the operation is straight forward.Also the unit is very good value for money. I didn't want to pay for an expensive split system installation and this Kelvinator wall unit is more than adequate for the bedroom's requirements.

    Air Conditioning Measuring up Good Morning, Thank you for this question, better still I will show you a quick way to calculate what size air conditioner for your room. First measure the whole area that you need to cool/heat, for example, if you have an open area, lounge room, dining room and kitchen you need to measure all these rooms. Let's say the whole area equals 40 square meters, now multiply this area by 0.15 to provide a kilowatt size air conditioner: 40 x 0.15=6kw So to cool this area properly a 6-kilowatt air conditioner is required or slightly larger never under power the air conditioner just to save a little on the original purchase, by under-sizing the air conditioner will make the machine run hard and not cool the whole area and increase your running cost up.I hope this information will assist you when shopping here with us at Appliances online.
