When you buy, the website lets you choose the delivery date. This feature is unique and really convenient for working buyers. Also, on the date of delivery, the driver rings to let you know the exact time period he is coming. I cannot say how thrilled we were with the service given us by Appliances Online when we purchased a washing machine early this year. Every point was ticked, the quality and attitude of all staff spoken to and seen was excellent and when the old machine was taken away, it was the cherry on the cake. So my fridge and microwave have just arrived and been installed by two lovely staff! I had to get online straight away to convey my thanks for a completely hassle free experience. We ordered the fridge and microwave at about 2pm yesterday and by 10.30am next day they are already at home in our kitchen! Even with the price alone Appliances Online wins out, add to that, a great range of products, a site easy to navigate, fast, cheap(free!), convenient delivery AND installation PLUS removing your old appliances and you simply can't go wrong!
