Holding pride of place within the interior of the Q350 is KEF’s signature Uni-Q driver array. Placing the tweeter at the acoustic centre of the bass and midrange cone results in greater sound dispersion and consistency across all frequencies. The Tangerine Waveguide, mounted in front of the tweeter dome increases the stability and dispersion of sound created by the Uni-Q driver. Ensuring that you get the best sound possible, the Uni-Q driver has been repositioned to the centre of the cabinet to reduce internal resonance and sharpen audio detail.
A damped tweeter loading tube improves treble performance by eliminating sound produced from the back of the tweeter. This is combined with the Computational Fluid Dynamics port design, improving the clarity of your audio by reducing the audibility of midrange leakage through the port. And finally, a low-distortion inductor on the crossover provides tight, dynamic bass that stays with you long after the last note has faded.

Uni-Q Driver
Using the power of NASA-developed magnets, KEF was able to develop a tweeter small enough to mount at the acoustic centre of the bass unit voice coil. This results in consistent and wide sound dispersion.

Bass Port
A flared port located at the rear of this unit amplifies the earth-rumbling bass tones of your audio, adding low tones you can truly feel.

Hi-Res Audio
This unit is a Hi-Res Audio device, which allows it to play a variety of 24-bit digital audio formats. This simply means you can take full advantage of high-quality audio sources like FLAC audio files.

Contemporary Design
Sleek elegance meets outstanding sound thanks to the practical minimalism of this unit. The smooth baffle and the patented Uni-Q shows off this unit's premium status.
