Picture quality is amazing, motion is done well and the blacks look great to me. User interface is great and connectivity options are satisfactory. All in all a great set that I would definitely recommend to a friend.Brilliant Functionality - very fast processingI have used "smart" TV's before and they were always a bit laggy when you used the menu system. This TV is fantastic! Very responsive and brilliant functionality. I upgraded from a previous model as I wanted the inbuilt Skype functionality because I travel a lot and I wanted to be able to talk to the kids while away. Skype on a computer is just not the same. The Skype functionality turns this TV into an excellent communications device without having to rig up an external computer. The Skype camera is brilliantly clear and has fantastic sound pickup - but I should review that on its own page!ExceptionalLove It Love It I would recomend this set to anyone , as a matter of fact i am about to buy a 32" one as well for another roomLegendary service

This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS.
