Never had a garment steamer before, but in a small appartment I thought it would be a great alternative! Unfortunately I may as well have waved my clothes out the window in hope the creases would go! Fortunately not expensive so not too annoying. Have since tested others and they seem to be better. Looks good, easy to use but just not effective! appliancesonline as always amazing and efficient with delivery - no faults there.

This appliance is handy to use when you don't gave an iron. In my opinion an iron works better at removing creases but if you're after a result that's not perfect but more presentable than that straight out of the washing machine look it does the trick. Perhaps I need practice but it is hard to hold fabric taut without fear of getting burned by the steam. Works best on lighter rather than heavier items.
