Poor Quality
The heat from the hot plates couldn’t boil an egg, returned both units and purchased another elsewhere, which does what it claims.

Neat!
An effective solution to no cooking facilities! I am used to instant heat from gas, so I have to learn to be patient, and I also have to get used to the residual heat. But it works just fine.

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
