However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. The commitment to us as your customers was outstanding despite the fact that the problems we experienced were not the fault of your company. Then to receive a personal visit from you, a senior executive, to check out the problem was special. Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site. I've heard big brown box is just as good!! 10/10, 5 stars, Top of the Class!!!
