I cannot praise Appliances Online enough. I would not even think of buying from anywhere else any more, there is no competition. They have very competitive prices, ordering is ultra-easy and payment is safe, there are real people to speak to if there are any hiccups with ordering and the delivery people, well, I cannot speak highly enough of them. They kept me informed of the expected delivery time and when it changed because their schedule was faster than predicted, they phoned to let me know. Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices. I will also recommend to anyone purchasing new whitegoods. Thank you for a positive experience, really makes for a very nice change!!!
