NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! I wanted to pass on my feedback for your website. I ordered a coffee machine over the weekend and scheduled delivery for the Tuesday. The delivery driver rang me as the website said I would be. They turned up, having had a small problem with their GPS that it seems everyone has with the location I live in. The assistant and the driver were very courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. Applicances Online is the number 1 place I will shop in the future.
