Courteous, pleasant and helpful
I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic product and service I received from your team. The two delivery men were a joy to work with. They phoned at 7.45am to let me know they would be there between 8am and 10am. They arrived on time, were courteous, pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with delivery people in the past who you just want to leave your place! But these guys were really helpful and made the whole thing easy and breezy. What a strange experience dealing with Appliances on line. Order processed. CHOSE my delivery date. Delivery driver ACTUALLY RANG and advised time of delivery. ACTUALLY arrived on time. TOOK old washing machine way. Installed new one. Easy and efficient and friendly. We have been very, very impressed with the service provided by appliancesonline. We found out about the company through an online search. The website is extremely easy to use and contains comprehensive information which reduces the need for background research. Other sites we tried seemed to lack information and were less user-friendly. The call centre has been extremely helpful when I have rung. The machine ordered was out of stock, so the next model up was supplied within an hour of a call to check upon delivery! Delivery was free and the packaging was taken away.
