Jura have developed a P.E.P. (Pulse Extraction Process) system for brewing, to cut down on extraction time and preserve your coffee’s full spectrum of flavours and aromas. When using the intelligent CLARIS water filter, you won’t have to worry about descaling your machine.
The TFT 4.3-inch colour touch screen elegantly showcases 15 speciality coffee beverages, and you have the ability to save, copy, and personalise these drinks. Discover why automatic is not erratic with a premium coffee machine from Jura.

Fully automatic with P.E.P. brewing
With a Jura machine, you’ll never have to get your hands dirty by tamping coffee grounds. With the efficient Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.), hot water is injected into your grounds in short bursts. Water flows around each individual granule to ensure your coffee retains its unique aromas, while minimising the chance of over- or under-extraction. There will be no dilemma with your crema. The variable brewing unit can accommodate anywhere from 5 to 16 grams of coffee, catering to all palates.

15 speciality coffee beverages
You will seldom see a cafe menu board displaying 15 different types of coffee, but Jura guarantees this diversity with effortless ease. Simply select your beverage from the colour touch screen and watch a carefully extracted brew flow into your cup. The versatility doesn’t end at the quantity. You even have the option to rename, move, and duplicate beverages.

4.3-inch TFT touch screen
With a high-resolution 4.3-inch colour touch screen, making a cup of coffee is as seamless as ever. Each coffee product is accompanied by a graphic to assist even the most casual coffee drinker. Lost your manual? Don’t fret. The screen displays textual and visual prompts for filling the water tank, changing the filter, and other maintenance tasks.

Variable milk foam
All coffee beverages on the machine are preset with a particular concentration of foam, but let’s face it—coffee drinkers are known for their discerning palates. If your cappuccino lacks cushion or your flat white is too uneven to justify its name, simply rotate the dial on the fine foam frother.
