Hi John, Just a short note to thank you soooooooo much for your help with our fridge. What a drama it all ended up being! Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work and great service
I usually don't write reviews but I am so impressed with the service of Appliances Online I had to write and say how impressed I am. Our dryer blew up on Monday night and a friend suggested ordering online from Appliances Online as I already new the model I wanted. Contacted the customer service number at 8.00pm to confirm something before I ordered and they answered the phone, WOW. I ordered Monday night and received a phone call at 6.45am on the Wednesday stating the dryer would be delivered between 7.30 and 8.30. I was sceptical as I have never had any good experiences with delivery drivers. To my surprise the delivery driver turned up at 7.45am. Delivered the new dryer and took the old one away. Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing.
