We owned the previous iteration of the Joseph and Joseph salad bowl with the large white plastic servers that were integrated into the bowl. That was a better design than this one. In short, it looked better (this version's servers are prone to being lost as that just balance on the edge) and the lipped style of the bowl itself just doesn't look as nice - or as expensive (dare I say it looks cheap?) as the previous one. In fact to bridge upon that point - this version just doesn't feel as expensive or as well made as the previous one. There has been less consideration for how people actually use a salad bowl (the hole in the one server allows things to drop through) and the bowl itself is of a thin, cheap plastic. Save your money and go elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much bigger than expected but it will be used with a crowd so will be fine! Love that the servers fix to the bowl - no more searching through drawers. Looks more like an expensive china but is lightweight and easy to clean. Great buy!!
