Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices. I will also recommend to anyone purchasing new whitegoods. Thank you for a positive experience, really makes for a very nice change!!! Julia, Waverly, NSW
We couldn't have had our needs met better.
Colin, we got the new fridge today, and we are thrilled with all that you have done to help us, as well as the careful, timely, and friendly service from the delivery guys. We waited 2 months for our Whirlpool fridge, only to find that it would be another 2 months! After looking over this Westinghouse fridge, it actually has more going for it, and is about 700.00 less! Rather than wait any longer, we went ahead and ordered it at noon one day, and the driver rang at 7:30 the next morning to give us 1 hour's notice of his arrival so we could empty our old fridge. Therefore, in less than 24 hours from ordering, we had our new fridge up and running, and stocked as well! This is our second purchase from you, the last being a washing machine. Amazed... Here is my comparison: RETAIL STORE: My visit to a well known retail shop. Rude staff (apparently I interrupted their chat), didn't know the product (seriously reading the brochure to me) and then out of stock and had "no idea" when they would get it. APPLIANCES ONLINE: Easy to use website, Great phone advice regarding which model to choose, Ordered online and managed to pick the wrong delivery date, Emailed and fixed immediately, Delivery people called as promised and set a time... then arrived on time (never happens in Canberra), Really polite, sorted everything amazingly fast. Ok, so I must admit I was waiting (actually expecting) something to go wrong. How do you get this level of service and substantially cheaper..? Must admit I am almost hoping for something to breakdown so I can see the repair service... Do you helicopter people in..? ;-) PS If you can give the delivery guys a pat on the back, they really did a great job getting appliances in and out of a tiny laundry. Matthew, Chifley, ACT
