I used this for over a year and I must say, both myself and the other participants on the call did not enjoy the experience of using headset at all. I bought mine in Oct, 2020 Issues - 1. Most participants had a hard time hearing my voice. They often complained that it frequently distorted and I had to repeat myself again and speak louder in order to communicate. 2. The audio quality is subpar and feels cheap. My husband uses a Bose QC wireless which is more than 5 years old and when I tried that it was different world of experience. I'm conscious of that fact that these 2 products aren't in the same price range, but still this one seemed terrible for its price point.
