Not suitable for virtual.meetings. Not able to hear the voice during meeting. I asked for the refund. What should I do with this defect product. Feel regret to choose this product. I'm wondering how JBL is producing these kind of worst products.

I got the product yesterday, and I can't listen to it for more than one hour because my ears started to hurt. Not comfortable at all. Also, there is a constant static noise in the right earcup which is very audible while listening to youtube videos and music at normal volume. Even when nothing is playing the noise is still there.

This is the worst product I came across in my lifetime. Every time it gives you knew surprises. Some time it does not connect with bluetooth and other time if it connects the quality of sound audible is extremely poor. I am writing this review in a middle of meeting which I have to miss because of poor quality of sound. I have also attached the audio which I recorded using my phone.
