It has almost been a year since this product was gifted to me and I have been using it without any problems until a month ago. The cushions completely tore off and I have been looking for replacements ever since. I'm not going to say it is because of the low build quality as it has nearly been a year of using these headphones but don't expect anything awesome. Sound quality is satisfying and loud enough but I wouldn't take it too far on the bass as it can reduce the sound quality. Again, good enough for the price of the device. Battery life was long enough and charging was fast when I was first using it but then both of these became worse and worse. Battery life was shortened and charging time became longer. Expect both of these things to happen after 10-11 months. Compatibility is good on mobile but not the best on PC. Don't expect to be able to use your microphone in all PC platforms, it can cause many problems. On another note, the box contains an AUX cable which means that you can use the product even when it runs out of battery or when you want to use it with a device that doesn't have Bluetooth. I think it is a nice feature. Overall, great value for price and comparably reliable. Nice sound quality and sufficient features for daily usage but may lack when continuously used. 7/10

I bought these a little over a year ago. At most, they have been used 1 or 2 times per month. They have been treated with care and now the left side does not work or if it does it is not as loud as the right side. Frustrating and disappointing that they did not last long even with light use.

I read on the box there was meant to be a led feature and tried to find how to connect so I got the JBL app and they don’t even give you a option to connect it to your headphone to change the colours!!
