The Reflect mini NC are a Hassle ,To charge has to be in box , then earbuds in box to charge , Easy to loose one or both ,should have like a light weight string , like Fishing line to Connect attached earbuds to each other, To many bells & Whistles , buttons on ear buds are difficult and to disconnect earbuds they have to bring replaced in charge box to turn Off/On . I feel & rather ""have the "" ""Reflect Mini 2"" Much simpler , Ear buds connected to each other ,So one falls out you do not loose No, & charge port on cord that has On/Off Up &Down Volume all together, I have used the Reflect Mini 2 for close to 12 years , Just much Simpler specially if you just want to listen to music or answer your phone one thing I do suggest on the Reflect Mini 2 is to move the microphone from the left ear to the right ear at least in United States because if you drive with widow cracked or rolled down the mic would not pick up road noise or air whistle from drivers side door window,,, Please Bring back Reflect mini 2 & modified move mice to Right ear

I had a difficult time getting a proper fit in my ear, even after trying various combinations of tips. I believe that this impacted the sound quality because I couldn’t get a good seal. Unfortunately, I had to return this item due to this issue.

Got these a month ago, good comfortable fit. Easy to wear once you’ve got the right size fin in your ear they then don’t move when running. Goo design and style along with being easy to use once set up.
