Okay- I used to work at a rooftop bar. They had this one party box speaker as the “sound system.” And honestly, the old computer speakers you used to play yahoo music on, were better quality. That’s all I have to say.

The JBL party Box is an amazing addition to our home. I purchased it from The Good Guys and the sound is amazing and very clear. Anyone can connect to it via blue tooth if they are on your network. So when you host a party, it's really great when you want to play other play lists. We have taken this on our holidays, used this in our backyard while working and our kids take this to their parties. It's portable and relatively easy to carry. An added benefit is for a picnic if your car is close by is to use your JBL as a car speaker in the boot via the DC adapter that connects to the cigarette lighter. It also has party lighting and strobe effect minimising the use for additional lighting devices. The only improvement to JBL I would suggest is to make this compatible with Google home. For those musicians out there, there is a facility to connect a mike and a guitar with its own volume controls. You can also pair the party 300 with another similar device to have a stereo effect for a reception hall wirelessly via the party box 300 app which is another huge benefit!!!!

I bought this for better sounding parties and it a great way to boost fun
