    Poor Quality Ear Cup and Head band leather
    The sound from these headphones is great however the leather in the headband and the ear cups is extremely poor quality and has peeled.

    Medium-end headphones
    It has almost been a year since this product was gifted to me and I have been using it without any problems until a month ago. The cushions completely tore off and I have been looking for replacements ever since. I'm not going to say it is because of the low build quality as it has nearly been a year of using these headphones but don't expect anything awesome. Sound quality is satisfying and loud enough but I wouldn't take it too far on the bass as it can reduce the sound quality. Again, good enough for the price of the device. Battery life was long enough and charging was fast when I was first using it but then both of these became worse and worse. Battery life was shortened and charging time became longer. Expect both of these things to happen after 10-11 months. Compatibility is good on mobile but not the best on PC. Don't expect to be able to use your microphone in all PC platforms, it can cause many problems. On another note, the box contains an AUX cable which means that you can use the product even when it runs out of battery or when you want to use it with a device that doesn't have Bluetooth. I think it is a nice feature. Overall, great value for price and comparably reliable. Nice sound quality and sufficient features for daily usage but may lack when continuously used. 7/10

    MOST JUNK CRAP EVER
    I bought these June 21 2021, here it is September 13 2022 and the left side crackles when anc is on and doesn't when it's off or hooked with cord . Just power on with nothing else and it's a loud crackle out of the blue..I have a hard cases and taken care of my things especially musically but ILL NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN..!! JLAB AND SKULLCANDY IS BETTER AND CHEAPER THAN THIS TRASH!

Your headphones are switching from hands-free to the "headset" profile, this profile prioritizes the microphone's audio quality over the speaker's, resulting in lower sound quality for the speaker. To fix this issue, if you're using the headset's microphone, try switching to your device microphone to avoid switching to low-quality audio mode. However, it is also possible that this instance cause by the quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to. You may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking.     Our JBL Tune 600BTNC has an LED indicator on the right earcup. It will be blinking red if it has a low battery. Once plugged in, the LED will be solid red indicating charging is in progress. Once the battery is full the LED will turn off. You need to use a micro-USB cable to charge the headphones that is included inside the box upon purchase along with the detachable audio cable. We recommend using a power adapter that has 5V at least 1A. Anything lower than this could affect the battery. jbl-Chastine-Bonoan, Appliances Online
    I purchased these headphones to use specifically for MS Teams calls. They work perfectly for around 5 minutes and then all I hear are robotic noises. Unpairing and pairing again fixes this, but it is'nt exactly a solution. Unhappy User100213123 · 2022-02-22
    Unfortunately, some of our Tune Series models (excluding the TWS models) were not designed to work with communication apps through Bluetooth with computers. These models usually have issues such as the output sounding glitchy or robotic with MS Teams, Zoom, etc. These applications should work fine with phones and tablets though, so we always recommend using these devices instead. jbl-Chastine-Bonoan, Appliances Online
