I bought one of these in the past and was very happy with it. When they were damaged by a fault of my own I quickly bought a replacement set. Love them

In 2017 I bought a pair of the original JBL reflect minis and loved them, they were my daily drivers for 4 years until I lost them on a hike. I went to repurchase them and saw that there was a 2.0 version. The new version was more than double the price of my originals but I decided to try them out. They resemble my old ones very closely but there were small changes I wasn't a fan of. The earbuds didn't stay in place as well as my old ones, no matter how much I messed with the alternate inserts. The buttons also require you to hold down much longer to turn them on or off, or to skip songs which is minor but my muscle memory wasn't a fan. I also preferred the soft rubber material of the old ones over the new hard plastic outer casing. On the other hand the sound sounded great, calls were heard clearly and the battery life had improved which was nice, but for more than double the price of my old ones and comparable in price to much higher end bluetooth or truly wireless buds, I didn't find them worth it and decided to return them. Their customer service team gets a 10/10 though.

Is this a joke? These headphones aren't compatible with any of my windows/android devices..... How much is Apple paying for the exclusivity? Feels like a solid product, and I bought this because I know JBL to have great audio quality. Thanks for wasting my and many others time and money. Would be nice to see a disclaimer on any of your marketing material.
