at first I read all the comments here and even decided to cancel my purchase by e-bay because presumably the device does not connect with Android 10 or higher. That is simply not true! I am happy now with this very good product, it connected to my Samsung S10 with Android 11 without any problems, the sound is fabulous, the buds are sitting very well in the ears. Thank you JBL for the great product!

I had the first generation of the Reflect Mini headphones and LOVED them. Great sound, battery life and comfort, therefore after having them for a few years it was time to buy a new pair so I bought the Reflect Mini2. To my disappointment though, I found out after buying them that the new version isn't compatible with Android 10 phones even though the first Reflect Mini pair was. Not only does it suck that the new version would be LESS compatible but for them to not make it more obvious that there's such a prominent discrepancy between the first gen and second is ridiculous. That's a very large amount of people who aren't able to use the product. So maybe fix the ridiculous issue or make it more obvious that these are pretty much only for Apple users.

I had a pair of these that I absolutely loved that I bought in 2019. However, I bought a new pair in 2021, and bizarrely JBL has decided not to support Android 10 and up anymore? I cannot stress this enough. In _new_ versions of these headphones, you cannot pair with _new_ Android. Completely bizarre.
