I have sent this speaker back three times for the same issue. The charger port on the speaker has broken each time and I've had to contact customer service to get a new one under my one-year warranty. After a few weeks, the charger cord refuses to go inside the speaker, so there is no way for me to charge it. My speaker has been dead for a week now because the port has broken again. JBL need to fix this issue, there is no sense of having a durable speaker if the charger port itself is going to break. I am tired of sending this speaker back and now my one-year warranty, and I haven't even been able to enjoy or properly use the speaker for a full year.

I purchased my first JBL Flip 3 about a month and a half ago, I had to bring it back about 3 weeks later because of popping/crackling at low volume. Now my second JBL Flip 3 is doing the same exact thing. I've never owned a JBL product before and after this I don't think I ever will again.

I like where the control buttons are located on the speakers. I like the fact you can control the volume from both speakers while they are synced up together. Of course the quality and sound of the speakers are phenomenal. I've owned JBL products in the past and they are a good buy. Well worth the money.
