I have sent this speaker back three times for the same issue. The charger port on the speaker has broken each time and I've had to contact customer service to get a new one under my one-year warranty. After a few weeks, the charger cord refuses to go inside the speaker, so there is no way for me to charge it. My speaker has been dead for a week now because the port has broken again. JBL need to fix this issue, there is no sense of having a durable speaker if the charger port itself is going to break. I am tired of sending this speaker back and now my one-year warranty, and I haven't even been able to enjoy or properly use the speaker for a full year.

I bought this puppy years ago... Oh I don’t know maybe 5? I bought it when it was the newest flip! Anyway, this speaker is awesome! I still use it almost every day and it still has its excellent sound quality! Sadly, it has to be plugged in to work, but certainly only from old age. All speakers I’ve bought from JBL have been fantastic! I would absolutely recommend. Enjoy :)

I just bought JBL Flip 3 and it's giving a lot of problems like it will shut on and off while playing music, also the Bluetooth will keep on connecting and disconnecting by itself. This is annoying me to the core. Please help!
