[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the JBL Clip 2 for my honest unbiased review. First off, do not be fooled by the small size of the Clip 2. The Clip 2 has now become my favorite carry-on speaker. I like everything about it. The speaker sounds great and loud for its size. It is also small enough to carry around without any hassles. You do not have to worry if you get down poured in the rain on or if you mistakenly drop it in water because it is IPX7 waterproof. The carabiner clip is large, sturdy and a very convenient. The battery is rated @ 8 hours per charge which I was able to confirm, however as with all portable bluetooth speakers, the louder the volume the sooner the battery will need to be recharged. Even though the Clip 2 does not have a remaining battery indicator on the speaker itself it will display the remaining battery in the notification section of an iOS device. At the time of this review, this feature was not available on Android devices. The speaker feels rugged enough to withstand everyday use. All in all, this speaker is a winner. My daughter purchased this for me on my birthday because I wanted a wireless speaker instead of having my cell phone to be constantly connected to a portable wired speaker. I actually use the speaker more at work due to additional equipment is constantly running. I can take the speaker anywhere in my office and continue jamming away. I have actually connected it to my work PC because the speakers that is built into my computer are horrible. With the JBL Clip, I can hear the music that I am playing off my computer much better. I would totally recommend this to anyone.
