    They fall out
    It explicitly said they don't but after your ears get a little sweaty, they slide out. Also the bass is way too turned up and makes the music unclear. Finally they tend to sway when doing exercise and get in the way.

    Terrible
    I bought these to pair with my Garmin 245 music. They paired easily and I went for my first run. The ear buds fell out half way through the first song. I kept trying but gave up by song number three. Sound was good when the buds were in. I followed the instructions so they were supposed to be “locked” but they weren’t.

    Loud prerecorded announcements
    I've had these for a few months and they work well. I'm happy with the fit and performance. However, I like to listen to something before I fall asleep,and there's a very loud prerecorded voice that announces when they're turning on and off. There doesn't seem to be a way to control the volume.

You may check as well the music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking.
