I bought these after doing extensive research on websites that compare Bluetooth earbuds, mainly to use while running. One site had even rated it as #1 out of 10 brands they'd compared so I was really excited. Unfortunately, I don't know if it was a fit issue- none of the accessory pieces fit completely in my lug holes and consequently the sound was tinny. The HR monitor was unreliable compared to the treadmill and I just couldn't get a comfortable enough fit that it didn't annoy me the whole time. Not to mention, I rely a lot on the sound quality of the music while running and the Jabras simply did not do it for me. I persisted for a week before bailing. Unknown to me Appliances Online has a return policy and I was able to return them in exchange for store credit and buy another pair that are FAR better for me.
