I loved the whole appliances online experience
I was extremely impressed, ordered fridge online in comfort of my own home 7.30 at night and delivered 2 days later within time frame promised, with a pleasant phone call at 715am morning of delivery promising delivery between 9 and 11am. Arrival was 9.20am. how impressive.. I loved the whole appliances online experience. Delivery guys were friendly and very efficient. answered all my questions and even took the packaging away along with my old appliance. wouldn't shop any other way, as prices are fantastic too. Just wanted to say what a great experience it was using Appliances On Line again. Id previously bought a new fridge - which was a great experience - so when my washing machine died I immediately shopped around and came back to the best deal at Appliances On Line. I even changed my mind the day before delivery - Id realised new machine was too big for space! Not a problem to change size and funds were transferred back into my account the same day. Delivery guys rang and confirmed when to expect them and they fitted and took old machine away - no problems. Great service and highly recommended for those a little unsure of shopping over the net.
