I bought this tap as part of a kitchen renovation, Plumber had all sorts of problems getting it installed had to make a few calls to incinerator customer service who were extremely helpful, Eventually worked out that the tap was faulty and I’m in the process of getting a new one installed. It’s the boiling water part that’s not working. The rest of the tap is fine so it will be fantastic once it’s up and running.
