I just wanted to leave a comment as to the fantastic customer service i received from one of your employees - Andrew paskalis. He went out of his way to find the washer-dryer to suit my needs, advised me on the size measurements, and negotiated my difficult delivery instructions! I am not the easiest customer, but he did all of this without a complaint - and was extremely friendly and agreeable the entire time. No business comes close to this sort of service
I just wanted to give you some positive feedback on your business. My husband ordered a washer/dryer combined online on the weekend and within 2 days we were given a reasonable time frame within which the delivery drivers would arrive (which they met) and within 10 minutes they had removed my old dryer and washing machine and installed my new one (as well as put it on a drum wash cycle for me). Does this machine offer a complete non-stop no-intervention wash and dry cycle? Or does it require user intervention at the end of the wash cycle to start the drying cycle? gherbig · 2016-10-10
Hello there, Thank you for your enquiry regarding the Indesit Washer-Dryer. The only non-stop wash & dry cycle available is the Express Wash option, which washes and dries a very small load of 0.5kg (500g) in 35 minutes.
