We’ve had this about 6 months now. It’s not ducted and just blows air into the cupboard (blows the cabinet door open on the lowest setting). Clearly doesn’t seem to be right but have struggled to get any response from the support team.

I'm pretty happy with this product. It looks great and the three-speed fan gives me a good choice of lower noise or high extraction whilst cooking. The LED lights are bright and illuminates the cooking area nicely — it also acts as an ambient light source for the kitchen. Value for money!

I bought this as it suited my needs being able to be built into the cabinet. It was one of the cheapest under cupboard rangehoods and the quality is reflective of the price. In operation even at the lowest speed it is quite noisy but it does seem to do its job in extracting the fumes. The led lights are useful but are not very bright. At least the appearance is quite neat, but doesn't make up for the shortcomings.
