We’ve had this about 6 months now. It’s not ducted and just blows air into the cupboard (blows the cabinet door open on the lowest setting). Clearly doesn’t seem to be right but have struggled to get any response from the support team.

I'm pretty happy with this product. It looks great and the three-speed fan gives me a good choice of lower noise or high extraction whilst cooking. The LED lights are bright and illuminates the cooking area nicely — it also acts as an ambient light source for the kitchen. Value for money!

I brought this for my kitchen refurbishment project around December 2020, it is still going strong after 1 year. It has all the basic feature that you woudl expect from a rangehood, and the design looks quite simialr to the design of other brands. The filters can be cleaned by popping it into the dishwasher, the suction is quite strong even at the lowest setting and I hardly have to use the maximum setting for everyday cooking. The LED lights are bright enough for me to see the changes in the food as it is being cooked. I haven't used it long enough to know if it is durable, but I am hoping that there is a few more years of life in it which will make it a good value for money.
