I cannot recommend Appliances Online highly enough
I had to replace my old gas wall oven and had done my shopping regarding prices and installation costs. NO-ONE could beat Appliances Online. And I don't think that there is another company in Australia who could beat them for service and delivery times. I ordered the oven Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered AND installed by 10:30am the next day!!!! The phone staff were polite and courteous when I rang with my pre-purchase queries and the online purchasing process was quick and painless. The delivery/installation man was right on time and a very lovely man who made absolutely certain that everything was working properly before he left. I just wanted to applaud Appliances Online for your high standard of customer service! The whole process of ordering my new toaster online and the delivery of same was hassle-free and the delivery boys were excellent in ringing me and letting me know when my goods would arrive. I had just experienced the opposite - had purchased a washing machine which finally arrived 9 days later and then didn't work as it had been damaged during delivery! I found myself back at square one sourcing another new machine. Through the Internet I decided which machine I wanted and your company (totally unknown to me) provided: - * The best price * Many choices of payment * Free Delivery and set up * Took the old machine away * Ordered late afternoon and delivered by 9:20 the next morning I could not have asked for anything more. I appreciate that where I live had something to do with how early I received the machine, but nonetheless the whole experience was a very pleasant surprise.
